Adrenal healing smoothie recipe

Next to the heavy metal detox smoothie, this is probably the one I make the most. Its particular blend of banana, spinach and coconut water combines glucose (banana), sodium (spinach) and potassium (coconut water). It is this combination of glucose and mineral salts that helps the adrenals to truly heal and stay strong.

Adrenal healing smoothie

INGREDIENTS

3 Bananas

3 cups baby spinach

11/2 - 2 cups coconut water (free from natural flavours or additives)

METHOD

Blend in a high speed blender and enjoy!
