Simple steps for viral protection

Below are some simple steps you can take to both overcome sickness from viruses and also to protect yourself from picking up new strains.

2. DAILY CELERY JUICE

4. THYME WATER OR TEA

One or two raw cloves a day is high anti-viral. It’s both protective against picking up viruses and also fights the virus once infected.

Zinc is so powerful when it comes to combating viruses but the world is zinc deficient! It’s not in our food in high enough quantities, in fact, it is barely there at all!

2. VITAMIN C

3. B12

Like zinc, most people are deficient in B12. This vitamin is required for almost every single metabolic function in the body. It also protects the body from neurotoxins (the waste produced by viruses) that create many of the symptoms associated with viruses.

 

4. LEMON BALM

Lemon balm is nervine tonic, which means it calms the nervous system. It is also highly anti-viral. It is one of the most powerful herbs for soothing and calming the body and combating viruses of all kinds.
