SEVEN KEY STEPS TO CLEANSING IN DAILY LIFE
1. LOWER YOUR FAT INTAKE
Whether you are vegan or paleo or anything in between, all fats are a burden to an already overburdened liver. This doesn’t mean cutting out fats entirely but it does mean lowering them considerably. Our water systems are filthy and our bodies need clean water to thrive and to cleanse. Heavy metals, herbicides and pesticides, hormones and plastics are just a few of the toxins you absorb daily in your water. Invest in a water filter and commit to drinking clean water.
3. INCREASE YOUR FRUITS
Fruits are the most detoxifying foods on the planet. Not only do they deeply cleanse the body, they are also highly satisfying, providing the body with ALL the glucose, fructose, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that it needs. Eat your fruits without fats, as the fats will block the uptake of glucose into the cells where it is needed, leading to insulin resistance and eventually diabetes. Remember, the body runs on glucose and mineral salts, NOT on fats and proteins.
4. INCREASE YOUR GREENS
