Apricot banana bliss smoothie recipe
This smoothie is rich in glucose and mineral salts, helping to curb sugar cravings and fill the body up with the right kind of glucose. We live in a world that is suffering from an epidemic of obesity and diabetes and yet, so many people are starved of the right kind of glucose. It is our high high fat and improper diets that are culprits, not the sugar that you find in fruits and vegetables!
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
2–3 fresh apricots
1 cup sprouts (I use alfalfa & radish sprouts)
1 cup or more of coconut water (free from natural flavours or additives)
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and whizz!
