Aloe VERA PROTOCOL
This beautiful plant has been used topically for centuries to soothe and heal the body from things like burns, cuts, scrapes, bruises and sunburn, for example. Less commonly has it been used internally, which offers a whole different level of potency helping to absorb radiation and calm inflammation, especially throughout the gut. Essentially, it is like a colon cleanse all on its own. It works well for stomach pains, constipation, IBS, acid reflux, cramping, spasms, colitis, bloating and any other symptoms or conditions of the digstive tract.
HOW TO USE FRESH ALOE INTERNALLY
Blend a 2 to 4 inch piece of flesh into plain filtered water, lemon water (with optional raw honey) or smoothies. For best results, use it 2-3 times per day.
It can also be taken straight, eating the flesh directly, and used as a shock therapy whereby a piece of flesh (2-4 inches) is consumed every two to four waking hours for between 1-7 days. This is a very effective and highly medicinal way of working with aloe, which you can read more about in Anthony William’s ‘Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses & Recipes’ book.
HOW TO PREPARE ALOE
1. Cut a large aloe leaf into 5 or so segments
2. Cut away the skin from the flat side of each segment
3. Fillet out the flesh using a sharp knife
4. Cut the flesh into 2 to 4 inch pieces
5. Either, add the pieces of flesh directly to a glass container to be stored in the fridge OR cover them with water for 10 minutes to reduce the bitterness before draining and adding to a container to store in the fridge for daily use.
